By using our online payment portal and school management services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Saroeducationbd platform, including the online fee payment system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SAROEDUCATIONBD provides the following services through its platform:

• Online Fee Payment: Secure digital payment of school fees including monthly tuition, exam fees, and other charges via SSLCommerz payment gateway.
• Student Information Management: Access to student attendance, academic records, and payment history.
• Parent Communication: Notifications and updates regarding school activities and fee schedules.

3. User Registration & Account

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and 4-digit password.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify the school immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

4. Fee Payment & Processing

• All fee payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the SSLCommerz payment gateway.
• Payment options include bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, and mobile banking.
• A receipt number and transaction ID will be generated for each successful payment. Please retain these for your records.
• It is the parent's responsibility to ensure timely payment of fees. Late payments may result in restrictions as per school policy.

5. Receipts & Records

Digital receipts are generated for every successful transaction. You can view and download your payment receipts from the Parent Dashboard. These receipts serve as official proof of payment.

6. Prohibited Activities

• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempting to breach security, tamper with data, or interfere with the operation of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Misrepresentation of identity or providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

SAROEDUCATIONBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to payment processing delays, technical errors, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
